Guys and Gals, if anyone can help out hear, please do so.
Can you contact Simon direct on Tel : 0131 348 3200 or check the phone number below, thanks for reading

Hi Dez

One of our customers (Stan Godek) is participating in a small charity event to raise money for a 9 month old baby suffering from a rare condition called 'Costello's Disease'
It basically means that his internal organs don't develop properly. The money raised will go towards an operation in Austria. If successful it should give him a few more years.
The life expectancy even with this operation is still only about 8 or 9 years !

If we can get a few of the guys along, the idea is to get pictures of some of the kids taken on the bikes and the proceeds will go straight to the charity.

It is at Drylaw (RC) Church Hall, Edinburgh and the money goes to ;Drylaw Childrens Home. .........Meeting up between 11 am and 1 pm this Saturday

If you need any more info (Directions etc) please phone Stan's wife (Liz Godek) 0131 3320381
Thanks in anticipation

Ok I spoke to someone at Drylaw and it appears that there is no formal plan as such regarding the bikes but the charity event is running between 11 and 1 and if anyone comes along on their harley to let the kids get their photos taken on them that would be great.

How about the suggestion of McDonald's car park at the Forth Bridge Services 11am as a possible meeting point for anyone wanting to ride in together?

btw ... if its pishing down like it is right now I'll not be going

Hi Dez,

Ended up with 7 bikes there which wasn,t bad considering short notice, and RTTW being on at the sametime,in all honesty the church hall couldnt have coped with anymore anyway,Stan seem pleased and the Guvnor and Willie gave kids runs on the bikes.I think they are planning for a more organised event in the future,I have taken some photos,if I send them too you can you put them on site?

Cheers Stu

Don't think so Dave. Would be good to see them. The kids appeared to have a great time and hopefully we all managed to help add a few extra £££'s to the charity fund by the the end of the day. Bonus that the weather was braw and made for a great ride into the bargin.

Stu if your needing help with the uploading, give us a shout.

Cheers Iain
