Usually when I'm on the bike it's assorted David Bowie tracks, particularly "Running Gun Blues" and "All the Madmen" from his 1970 "Man Who Sold the World".

I start off with a bit of Springsteen (Born in the USA) followed by some Blue man Group as it goes with the rumble of the King very well. Add in some UB40 and it works very well for me :)

Actually I prefer Agadoo by Black Lace to YMCA. Lots more hand movements, and it certainly is music that will make you crash yer bike ! :o

I agree with Linz anything by Meat Loaf has to be good - my favs are Paradise by the Dashboard Light and Objects in the Rear View Mirror.....
