Well just had me a wee look atthe line up for TITG. Have to say the committeeeeeeeee has gone to a fair bit of effort this year to get some variety.

Clanadonia are worth a watch, I saw them at the Edinburgh festival in the street the last couple of years. Show was free which appeals to the Aberdonian part of me but I was so swept away I bought a CD.

Tribute shows for Alice Cooper and Meatloaf .......Hmmmm despite wearing out School's Out on the Juke box in the Silver City Cafe in George Street in 1972 it was 36 years ago!! Can't stand the real Meatloaf so someone who sounds like him don't appeal.

Country music......might be worth a wander up for the banter, I'll look out my hat and Colt 45 Peacemaker replica. Then the highlight....... Big Bob's Blues Band!!! This might be the one that swings it for me! Flown in all the way from Tomatin, Big Bob singing Mustang Sally with not a hint of "Right Enuff" :D Trust my big mate to wangle being at the rally and getting paid for being there!!

If you want to hear the man who taught Eric Clapton everything he knows :D play a mean geeeetaar that's the event to be at. Even better was to see how fast Bob could get an 883 Sporty to go ..........and then miss the turn off the A1 for the Heart & Soul rally 'cause his brakes weren't fit to stop him quick enough!! :p

Aye ....I'm now swithering on staying in the Cumpy Grunt corner or registering!! Dammit comittee you might just cost me £25 of drinking money!!

Now if there was just a dance tent or some Kylie Minogue on the go!!!!;)

Aye they might........although .......Peak infers high up.......high up infers colder......colder infers snow...... I ain't to keen on snow wi the bike :D

Of course I may be taking the parallel of my trip in Colorado too far, they don't do real mountains down south like we have up here........ or the Rockies. Flippin June in Colorado!!! Sheesh. :)

It can get a bit chilly up in the peaks, but not enough to bother our hardy visitors from the hallowed chapter, why don,t you come with em Dave, we'll try to make you as welcome as you do us at TiTG.

:D Me welcome people??? Has someone been spreading rumours about me being pleasent?:)

I can't claim any credit for the hard work and welcome that goes into TiTG however The BBBB (Bad Boys Ballater Bash) is different story :D

Checked the dates of your rally but just back from Tenerife on the Friday then away doon to Edinburgh for the girlfriends........sorry fiancee's graduation all being well.

Maybe another year.

Seeing there is no private PM's for you - here's another seeing I won't be going anywhere fast for a wee while. Had the Grand child for the weekend - just chilling out today. I heard there is a Company in Cowdenbeath who does Electro plating - going to give them a phone this morning. Need to get some work done.
our e-mail address is - philsandra@cuthbert13.wanadoo.co.uk if you want to it a try sometime - As you can gather I won't be at any meets for a while.

After a long debate with the fiancee...... have to call her that .... if I use girlfriend now I get a dig in the ribs,..... we've reached a compromise on registering! I won't register but she will ........and register me too!! :)

Looks like Big Bob will be having me in the audience after all. Hope he doesn't notice my wearing iPOD earphones playing Kylie!! :)

C'mon Dave thought we'd agreed to all meet in the phone box on the main drag. Or better known as the "Dance Tent".
