Hi there - I've got Vance and Hines "Big Shots". As you're just up the road from me I'll let you see and hear them when we go for a midweek run. They're certainly loud enough..... but I'm sure they're legal Officer....:D

Hey aitchdee - Mandy's got the V&H Slip On's on her Sporty R and they sound the business man - been on for two years and no probs. Gonna change my SE's for the V&H's as soon as I can 'cos mine sound burnt-out .................... as they say back home, a real 'kak' sound !!!!
Cheers mate.
Ride Safe & Enjoy

Thanks guys - lot of support for V&H so I went for the V&H straight shot slip ons - being shipped out today so at least the next time I ride out I won't cringe cause my bike sounds like Julian Clarey.
Was tempted with the short shots as i like the look just I'm getting older and the damned hearing is not getting any better and I don't need any more excuses for the wife to call me a deaf bu**er :(

I've got the same ones on my Fat Boy and passed MOT no probs, was told by the tester that as long as pipes don't say "NOT FOR ROAD " or "RACE USE ONLY" then they're 100% legal.

Well Dee no longer sounds like Julian Clarey on prozac
New pipes installed looking and sounding good - must now invest in some AF spanners though - definite shortage in my garage - errrr..... on second thoughts maybe tidying the garage and finding things may help.
