Big Linz has asked me to post this up.

We are riding to Fort William on the 11th of May.
The charity benefits Cot Death. (SANDS (http://www.uk-sands.org/))

Sands is an organisation which can offer you support when your baby dies during pregnancy or after birth.
The death of a baby is a devastating experience. The effects of grief can be overwhelming and parents, their families and friends can be left feeling dazed, disorientated, isolated and exhausted.
It can be hard to take in information, to make decisions or to imagine how you are going to cope.
At Sands there are people who understand what it's like because many of us have been through this experience ourselves, and we are here to help offer support and information when you need it. If you want more info regarding this charity, follow this link to their web site (http://www.uk-sands.org/)

Thanks to ALL those who took part and
for those who gave moneys to the Charity

£525 was raised on the day.
Very well done to everyone

Hi Dez,
We will be two on one glide for the 11th. (Aberdeen to Ft Will via Pitlochry = 172 miles)
Will meet at Drumgask

On the other hand it would be quicker and equally good riding via the northern route., coming in from Aviemore. So much choice for us alpine riders in the far north east

Just did a last check on the weather and we are all good to go.

Edinburgh riders might get some rain when they start off, we might pass through a shower on the way up but its looking great for the run back.

See you all in a couple of hours. Ride safe :)
