Had a really busy week/month/year/life - which ain't over yet 'coz I'm working tomorrow......

...but....

Went out for 11 miles run tonight.

Didn't last very long, but MAGIC anyway.

Can't wait until I can get a decent run in.

Roll on May 4th.......

yea, I went out for a spin up to Perth and back, beautiful night but got cold at the end there :)

Decided week was too shitty, evening too cold - straight to dram st & now about to put on TITGs DVD to get me in the mood for tomorrow. Hope you all get a chance to put a few miles in over the weekend
