I think Big Linz has a torch bolted onto the underside of the tank LOL

Hi there , plenty of other sites supply bike lighting, and a lot cheaper than HD!
have a look at www.litewave.co.uk or www.shinyautos.com
I went the even cheaper route ( being a Fifer) :D and bought the led's, fuse, switch all from Halfords. Two packs, 8 led's, plenty light and nae bother to fit. :)

Hey Biganblue,

Your Glide's blue, mine's cherry black, do they have a selection of colours? How much were they and where did you attach them to the HOG?;)

Hi again, various styles of LED's, I went for the small single light, come in red , blue , green and white. Cost around £5/per pack of four lights. Put them anywhere that will reflect on the shinney stuff. Tie raps are the biz, wire them thro' a fuse and switch, easy 'cos I managed to do it. :p
You could always go Big Linz's route and tape a couple of mag-lights to the frame! :D

Did you wire them through the main ignition circuit, accessory circuit or just hard wire them in with a switch? Just wondered about he pose value when parked etc.

Hi DaveU, yep just hard wired from the battery via switch and fuse so I can have the tarts look when parked.:D

Sounds the simplest way.

I think I'll run a wee sweeper to see how long it is before you leave them on a coupla weeks and get a flat battery!! :)

You've made me wonder about the fuse thing though. I ran a short bit of wire out from under the seat to a connector which I plug a contraption into to charge the mobile. No fuse on it........

Mind you the it's been on about 4 years and no prob yet. Comes in handy for battery charging too as you don't need to take the seat off. Another pice of wire with the opposite plug just pops in and it's all set.

Try one of these - it's a hypercharger Streamliner Infinity - it's the absolute Dog's. I fitted mine in under 30 mins (with an inline fuse). The older pods are not very bright and I need TWO for each side of the tank. The newer Lizard lights are expensive, but brighter.

PS Don't do the non-fuse thing ... we had one at Aviemore a few years back ... great balls of fire 'n'at !

Hi JimmyT, that looks the biz, makes my cheap wee Halfords lights look like, well, cheap Halfords lights. :)
