RTTW - 2010 - ScottishHD charity fund

OK guys, here is the deal.

Myself and John Mair (more Johns idea than mine) want to raise some money to go to the Scottish War Blind at Linburn House.

The Idea is to get a couple of Saltires and the flags of the UK Armed Forces and for EVERYONE to sign it, minimum donation to put your signature on the flags will be £1.

The flags will be flown on both our bike to the RTTW for 2010 then presented to Linburn House, along with ALL the money raised.

John has started the ball rolling by getting the First Minister of Scotland to sign a Saltire, see photos below. The flags will availible for signing at both dealers in Scotland and we will also bring them along to as many events as we can before the run to RTTW.

I hope you can all get behind this and make the Scottish Harley-Davidson's voice count when it comes to supporting our lads.

Its been pointed out than some members of ScottishHD might not be able to sign the flags in time, so, if you would like to send money to me, I will print your name on one of the flags. I hope this helps.

Updated, took the Army flag to Edinburgh HD today and in 2 hrs I get a few signatures and £68 raised. Not bad wee start.

I will have the Alex Salmond signed RTTW 2010 Saltire at Turriff on saturday , we are doing rides for Cancer survivors AND other charity rides .Hopefully make some bucks....John .

The next BIG one will be Thunder in the Glens where all the flags will be mounted to allow easy signing. I hope to put them in the Dunedin tent and entrance to the main venue.
