Where is everyone? I keep looking to see if anyone had posted anything but I think everybody has gone into hibernation. I know it's January and it seems a long way to the riding season but if we get chatting about our plans then we can be ready for when the gritting has stopped and the sun starts shining. We managed to get into the garage at the weekend and started the bikes up and let them run for half an hour and the buzz was still there. It's just good to hear the sound of those engines. Ride safe

Hi June, its bloomin cold and wet here, bike is in its box under a big cover, at least I hope it is, never looked in there for weeks :p. I'm thinking about coming down to the rock and blues if I'm home, maybe we can stir up some interest from more on here, it would be a good run raiding darkest Derbyshire. :D George

Hi June
How's things in deepest Englandshire. As George says it's cold, wet, windy, frosty, any combination of the above oh & I didn't mention the snow word!!
Me I'm desperately waiting for March which is when my Fat Bob arrives.
Oh boy can't wait!

Hi June,
How are things? We spent Christmas/New Year doing DIY in our daughter's house in London - Ben can't wait for the better weather when the bikes come out all all DIY officially stops again!
I got a bike lift and lots of cleaning gear for Christmas - so I am looking forward to having a nice clean shiny bike on the road in the Spring. Ben gave me the cleaning gear - hope he doesn't expect his bike cleaned as well!

it's nice to hear from everybody at last. Great prezzies Shirley when you have finished yours and Bens bikes you can have free b & B in Derbyshire so you can do mine and micks same goes to Gordon when he's done his bike. As for biganblue it would be great to see you at Rock and Blues we only live a couple of miles fro the site so we can nip home for breakfast and bathroom etc. Let us know when you have deided for definite and we will try and arrange something. Johnny the Fox you are not the only one waiting for March but I only waiting so i can get my bike out because I didn't get much riding in on the Heritage last year as it was September/October when i got it . hope al goes well with your new one 9what colour are you having?

Ben I have a better idea. We should watch the girls clean our bikes while we polish off a crate of stella?

Hey June - know what you mean about the bikes and the buzz - Mandy and I have been starting ours every week since we stopped riding in mid-December ............. not used to being off them for so long ! Our Winter back in SA was cold but no gritters or snow or any of that funny stuff so we had year-round riding albeit a wee bit chilly at times!
Looking forward to being back in the saddle - we got withdrawal symtoms over Christmas so went quad biking in the snow for a bit of a laugh - was a good fun !
C y'all soon on the road - Ride Safe and Enjoy.

We had a Christmas Eve run. Inverness to Newtonmore, then back. Below freezing on the way back. Its only cold if you think that way :D
Can't wait to meet others on the road who are still riding. Long Live the Power Washer..!! :p
