Hi Gordon - you don't get one for a Fatboy specifically (if you're still looking after all this time...)
It covers all the Softails.
I bought both the 2003 Factory Manual, and the Clymer, as well as the Parts Book, which gives exploded diagrams of almost everything.
The Factory Manual is essential, although the Clymer is a very close second, and a lot cheaper.
I got mine in the States, where the Factory manual was about $60, and the Clymer a lot less. The best way is to get someone to collect them out in the States, and bring them back in, although I got the Clymer via Amazon, and the delivered price was OK. You can pick either up off eBay if you keep your eyes open, as most sell them on when they change bikes..
I can let you have a copy of the Parts Book on CD-Rom if you want, and you're welcome to the scans I've made from my own manual (to keep it clean) which cover most normal service items.

Of course you can buy the Manual from any of the US Dealers who do Mail Order, and it should be import duty free, as it's a book (don't quote me on that). And finally, please don't waste your money on any Haynes Manual. They don't even get the tyre pressures right...
