Falkirk Wheel easter egg run 2009

The easter egg run will leave Falkirk wheel at 11am to Rachel house in Kinross. This will be run on the 12th April.

Anyone wishing to help as a marshall should come to the Mahratta Hotel this Friday 3rd April at 7.30 pm to get more details.
I have just come from their meeting and they are a small club who look like they might need as much help as they can get . It looks likely to be a big event due to the Glasgow run being cancelled this year. I will be there to support them.


ps. no fancy dress as we will be on the motorway and the police take a very dim view of this action. The club also ask for no chocolate eggs please only donations to the charity.

Please tell me if a large group is coming and i can pass this onto them.

Hi. quick update: Please go directly to the Falkirk whell carpark instead of grouping at McDonalds. The reason being that the police will only allow 200-300 bikes into Kinross the rest will be diverted into the motorway services. There will be 6 bikes picked on the day to go into Rachel house and the riders groups will get parked at kinross house next to rachel house so one will "probably" be a Harley. Remember it leaves at 11am sharp so get there early to get in the first groups.

Thanks to all that turned up on the day. i haven't got the final tally of donations but the organisers http://www.carronvalleymcc.com/ but they say it should be double what was raised last year.
